As an artform, this skill can be used for creative breakthroughs in all aspects of one’s life.

  • Recommended for those looking to sweeten their music / art, strengthen their intuition, access their clearest ideas, incorporate channeling as a spiritual practice or to connect with what is sacred or holy in one’s own personal practice.

  • We last offered this as a group session at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health.

  • When I was meditating on how to serve in this season, the message was simple: to pray. Prayers for myself and my communities. Somewhere along the line we forgot what it feels like to pray with one another, to spiritually support each other’s dreams and goals… to hold each other in the storms of life and amplify joy when we’re thriving, so… my hope is that this offering inspires a soulful communal remembering.

  • This is a free, no contact service. If guided, I may share notes to support your prayer request via email. Otherwise, move forward knowing all is well and working within the highest good of all involved 🤍
